Research
My current research focuses primarily on efficiency/performance measurement and evaluation using data envelopment analysis (DEA), a linear-programming based tool. My work extends traditional organizational-level DEA into more micro-level analysis, e.g., production processes. Linkages have also been formed with other fields, such as statistical quality control and fuzzy clustering procedures.
