Admissions

In-state Tuition Request  -  Form to be used by students who wish to apply for in-state tuition fees.

Visiting Graduate Student Application  -  Form to be used for students who wish to enroll in a graduate course at Virginia Tech and who are currently attending a different graduate school.

Enrollment

Change of Graduate Program  -  Form to be used by enrolled students to request a change to a new graduate program at the same degree level.

Change of Campus  -  Form to be used for changing the campus.

Request for Leave of Absence  -  Form to be submitted in case students experience situations which may impact their ability to be continuously enrolled and to suspend activities related to course work or research.

Student Resignation/Withdrawal Form  -  Form for students wishing to withdraw from the program or dropping their last course for the semester.

Application for Degree  -  Form to be submitted by students who wish to graduate.

Course Justification Request  -  Form for course justification.

Plan of Study Change  -  Form to make changes to Plan of Study.

Independent Study  -  Form to be used by students wishing to enroll in an independent study course.
